3+ years of hand on experience in open source application development, especially using scripting languages PHP, Python, Delphi, PERL

Strong in OOPS cocepts and implementation experience using OOPS

Good exposure to databases MySQL, Postgress SQL

Should be capable of architecting the solution on his own

Should have used open source frameworks like DRUPAL, MAMBO, MOODLE, ZOOMLA etc

Should have implementation experience in LDAP, CAS and good exposure to web server Apache, JBoss.

Should hav exposure to project estimation and planning exercises

Sound knowledge and exposure to source safe tools like VSS, CVS, SVN

Should be willing to relocate to clients location within India and abroad if required

Good in communication and should adhere reporting to all stakeholders

Should be strong in following processes in execution.
